but a fairly accurate I.Q. Test.

At least get trendy: Switch from the pointy-head costume toThe Power Rangers!!! YEA!!!

NCC and government "recognition" has about as much credibility as a Restaurant Guide that
lists an eatery called, "Soup, Salad, and Alpo."
